Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time: 24 hours.

Check-out time: 24 hours from the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Booking Policy

All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact details and payment information.

A government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

Advance payments for bookings are non-refundable, except under certain cancellation policies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in may incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid any activities that may disturb other occupants.

Any damage to hotel property by the guest will be charged accordingly.
